Key takeaways
  • Builds 3 to 6 short, timed mobility sessions a week (about 23 minutes each) using bodyweight movements.
  • Uses timed holds and controlled switches (such as 2 sets of 45 seconds with 30 seconds of rest) instead of heavy external loads.
  • Omits movements that involve a reported problem joint or restriction, and pauses automatic planning if you report current pain.
  • Provides general flexibility and movement practice for adults; it is not physical therapy or injury rehabilitation.

What the plan does

App rule for move better: Mobility: timed flexibility and movement practice. Exercises involving reported problem areas may be omitted. This is not injury rehabilitation.

Your reported limitations, equipment and experience take priority over goal targets. Stop an exercise that causes pain and ask a qualified clinician which movements are appropriate for your injury. Automatic loads are off for your reported limitations. Use a load and range of movement agreed with your clinician; stop if it hurts.

When you choose Move better, the plan engine assigns a dedicated mobility template with timed bodyweight exercises for the hips, spine, shoulders and ankles. Because mobility sessions have a fixed, short structure (about 23 minutes), the onboarding flow skips the session-length question.

If you report a joint limitation, exercises involving that area can be omitted and surfaced in the plan summary. Mobility plans are general movement practice, not clinical rehabilitation or medical treatment.
