Meal planning in LiftIQ

Using LiftIQProduct guideReviewed against LiftIQ app 1.2.113 min read

LiftIQ's nutrition tools live in the LiftIQ app. This guide explains what each one does.

Daily targets

LiftIQ suggests daily calories and protein from the details you give in the app, such as your goal and activity level. If you set your own targets, LiftIQ keeps them and doesn't overwrite them when your plan changes.

Meal plans and the grocery list

A weekly meal plan suggests meals for your targets, and the grocery list gathers what you need. You can change any meal.

Logging food

You log meals in the app: search, scan a barcode, or with Pro, take a photo for an estimate. You always review an entry before it's saved. Food logging isn't available on the web.

A note on estimates

Calorie and macro numbers, including photo estimates, are estimates. If you have a medical condition or follow a diet for health reasons, work with a qualified professional.
